General Impression
A smallish lounge, with two floors, friendly staff, and maximum capacity of 61. (But with 61 I think it would feel EXTREMELY cramped.) Downtstairs is the reception desk, a television, and a small seating area comfortable for perhaps 15 people, and feasible for maybe 20 people. Upstairs is another small television, and a business center (see below.) Upstairs seating is several small two-person tables, with limited power supplies, a few four-person tables, a small couch, and a line of chairs along the wall. About six cubbies with phones, some for free local calls and at least one payphone, that would be VERY cramped for anything much beyond phone calls. Limited and fairly uninteresting views of the tarmac. The shades seem to often be drawn, giving the whole place a fairly dark feel. Overall, it's a friendly but VERY small lounge. Nice for getting some work done and a couple of complimentary drinks, but not a big or fancy lounge. It's pleasant though, and except for the fairly loud televisions on both floors, quiet owing to being so small.
Food and Beverages
Around the corner downstairs is a staffed bar, with complimentary basic liquor, wine, and cheap domestic beer choices. A small snack array you can serve yourself from is along the bar and in a small fridge. Snack mix with pretzels, cookies, some sad looking fruit, yogurt, crackers, and packaged cheese. There is cranberry juice, apple juice, and Tropicana orange juice in the fridge. There is also a soda machine, where you get your own soda water, and tonic, for alcoholic beverages, which I like, since I really just want a small splash. A small selection to make your own bloody mary, and friendly, often generous pours from the staff.
Monday morning selections also include a toaster with bagels and english muffins. Fruit spreads, butter and peanut butter are provided.
Showers and Spa
None apparent.
Entertainment and Business-facilities
Free wifi, though it's a little slow. Televisions on both floors, as noted above. I don't usually see magazines or newspapers, but I haven't looked hard. The business center has a single HP printer, a copier, and a shredder. It's not a place you would want to hang out in, as it's about 8x10, but it's nice to have the business center machines.
