General Impression

One of the best UA lounges in the system.

This indeed is one of the best lounges in the UA system. If, like me, your flight arrives after all the others have, and the showers are full, the attendants will take your name and find or page you when your shower is ready. Of course, being Japan, the facilities are immaculate. My only complaint is that the lounge is a long walk from the security checkpoint you go through upon arrival, and a long walk back to your departure gate, so that can take a chunk out of your lounge time. Love the snacks, love the beer machine, love the comfy chairs. This lounge is a winner!
