Visitor Comments

We stayed in this lounge last week for the first time and I have to say that I was shocked about the dirtyness; this is not usual in lounges which are run by Lufthansa in Germany and especially not usual for Gold members of an airline.

Moreover the offer of food was extremly small.

So, I have to say that United Airlines does not treat its most important customers in a good way and I will try to avoid flying with them.

  • No Internet-Terminals, hardly anything to read, no real food. This lounge has nice seats and that`s it.
