General Impression
Very nice lounge - spacious, great view overlooking Terminal 4, plenty of room, even during times when there are multiple flights in the lounge. Plenty of comfortable chairs are available. Club is divided into a reading room that is complete with a bookshelf with coffee-table type books (and children's books) and a fireplace, a television area, and chairs lining the windows to look out. Many newspapers and magazines available, including New York, US, Irish and Dutch newspapers.
Food and Beverages
Three different types of hors d'oevres and two different soups available. Self serve bar includes beer (Guinness, Red Stripe, Heineken, Miller Lite), wine and liquor (Ketel One, Johnnie Walker Red, Irish Mist, Baileys, and more), all complimentary. A self-serve espresso machine and snack baskets with Sun Chips, Oatmeal and Chocolate Chip Cookies, Milano cookies and potato chips available.

Entertainment and Business-facilities
Complimentary wi-fi throughout the club. There are also seven computers that are available for use. There is a TV viewing area, with about 20 seats and 4 televisions, with headsets available at the reception desk. TV feed is DirecTV, with the TVs being about 26" screens (no high-definition).

Very good lounge. Food was good and the atmosphere was very nice. It is great to eat on that big table in the reading-room and then have a beer while watching the action on the apron. There were hardly any magazines when i was in the lounge, but you could get newspapers from many countries.
It's worth mentioning that you can only enter this lounge before security. When my recent Delta flight was delayed, and I'd already passed through security, although I could have used the Oasis I decided against it because there was a really long line and I decided not to risk the extra wait. CH
I was in this lounge when I was flying business with Singapore Airlines. It's by far one of the best lounges in JFK and probably the best in Terminal 1, except maybe for the Emirates lounge which is pretty comfortable. Lots of coffee machines and food, nice staff, nice showers, I would recommend it for anybody having the opportunity to be there.
