Location, Hours and Access
- Location: F/G concourse, entrance located at the beginning of the concourse near the Chili's restaurant and behind the elevator column.

- Access: WorldClub card (or valid partner access priviledges) and picture ID. SkyTeam Elite Plus members traveling on a same-day international itinerary on a SkyTeam airline are also invited in. Also, passengers on a same-day paid international WorldBusinessClass (WBC) ticket may enter, Priority Pass Members Members.
- Guest Policies:
- WorldClub member: membership holder +2 guests.
- SkyTeam Elite Plus or WBC passenger traveling on same-day international itinerary: ticketed passenger +1 guest.
General Impression
Clean, older style WorldClub. Lots of walls, corners, cubicles and other areas that make the club more secluded than previous interior designs. Staff was above-average to excellent in customer service. They don't mind helping with reservations or anything like that. I think they may get bored and look forward to helping out! :)
Location
Best suited for the average departing/arriving passenger because it is relatively centrally located behind security and beyond the main ticketing hall. Seats about 311 people, according to Northwest. Find location on the airport map located in the images section below.
Food and Beverages
Bagels and English muffins, Assorted cheeses and crackers, apples and/or bananas, large unwrapped fresh baked cookies, carrots and celery sticks with ranch dressing for dipping, fruit juice machine, cappuccino/espresso machine, hot chocolate, self-serve bar: a handful of beers on tap (Heineken & Miller Lite), some canned beers, various spirits and wines, and some sodas.
A hot item of the month is also being offered. March 2008 was a bowl of potato chowder.
Showers and Spa
No showers; restroom facilities are available inside the club.
Entertainment and Business-facilities
Free WiFi wireless computer access, free access to a laser printer, computer workstation cubicles. Private meeting/conference rooms are available for reservation. Call the WorldClub at least 24 hours in advance to reserve.
