General Impression

This is TAP's only lounge at their central hub. Given this, the lounge is surprisingly small and uninspiring. It has no windows and hence no natural light and is pretty dark. The lounge doesn't even have toilets (you have to leave the lounge and go fifty metres to the next public toilets) and basic services such as issue of boarding cards or rebookings are not possible.

Food and Beverages

Soft drinks, alcohol, some snacks.

Showers and Spa

Visitors can use showers, but they are not within the lounge itself. Instead, you are escorted to public showers about five minutes walk away. The showers were OK, but not particularly clean and also lacked basic equipment, such as a hair dryer.

Entertainment and Business-facilities

Wifi available for a fee. Newspapers and journals.
