Location, Hours and Access

• Location: The Cycad Premium Lounge in JIA is situated on the upper-mezzanine level (airside) of the International Departures Terminal. If you check in from any desk other than SAA (LH, AF, BA, etc.), you will go through security and immigration on the north side of the terminal. After passport control turn right to the far end, take escalator up one floor. If you check in from SAA, you will go through security and immigration on the south end of the terminal. After passport control, turn LEFT, and within about 20 yards, take the escalator up one floor.

General Impression

Very neat and clean lounge. Excellent food, and very good service. Sometimes a bit crowded, but so far never experienced seating problems. Great food and drink slecetion. No wait for showers, which are usually not being used at all.

Food and Beverages

The lounge has a chef and team of waiters on duty seven days a week and offers a range of sophisticated dining options and a full bar service. A full menu for pre-flight dining. Menu changes every 6 - 8 weeks.
