General Impression

Enter at terminal/gate level where you show your ID, then take the escalator to the 2nd level where the lounge is. There are many sectioned-off areas designed to create a segmented atmosphere. There is a large ovular "communal" room with chairs and a television. The bar area is located along side this ovular room. There is a large reservations desk, usually staffed by at least 2 agents.

Food and Beverages

Assorted cheeses and crackers, apples and/or bananas, Pepperidge Farm cookies, juices, coffees, hot cocoa mixes, self-serve bar: a handful of beers on tap, some canned beers, various spirits and wines, and some sodas.

Showers and Spa

Two (complimentary) private shower rooms, both handicapped accessable. Each shower room has a private sink and mirror. Liquid soap/shampoo dispensers and detachable showerhead in the shower stalls. Towels are provided. They kindly ask you to limit your use to about 30 minutes. Really a great thing after a long international flight.

Entertainment and Business-facilities

Lounge-wide WiFi wireless internet access, printer, fax, copier, free local calls, USA Today/WSJ newspapers, large TV in communal area, scrolling stock ticker. Many rows of private, walled off business desks.

Special facilities and services

Luggage room has keyed-lockers. Ask at the info. desk to use one.

Visitor Comments

Not to forget, that this lounge has a small smoking room. After some longer transatlantic flights is always nice to have a cigarette with a beer in your hand instead of going outside of the airport.
