General Impression

Medium size lounge with no view. Comfy sofas and very nice staff.

Food and Beverages

Limited selection of food: salads, cold sausages, olives, rolls, fruits, salt crackers, peanuts, cookies and gummi bears.

Self-service. The usual soft drinks, beer on tap (Kölsch), wine, sparkling wine and champagne (Piper Heidsieck) on request. Small selection of spirits (Campari, Gordons, Baileys, Vodka).

Showers and Spa

Restrooms outside of lounge.

Entertainment and Business-facilities

Newspapers, magazines, TV screen, WLAN (Vodafone/fee), fax, payphones.

Open smoking section, check-in at lounge reception with carry-on only

Visitor Comments

Since December 2006, both Cologne/Bonn Business and Senator lounges are closed for refurbishment until about Summer 2007 and replaced by rather basic airside facilities in the old terminal near Gate B11 (Business Lounge - Ground Floor open 7/7, Senator Lounge on the Mezzanine, open only Mondays to Fridays).

During times Senator Lounge is closed Champagne is being served upon demand at the Business Lounge.
