General Impression

Recently renovated with new furniture and carpet. Good view of tarmac from window seating area and the bar.

Food and Beverages

Soft drinks, juices, coffees. Basic snacks (cheese, crackers, fruit, vegetables, candies). Alcoholic drinks available for sale (two free drink vouchers per person - International passengers only).

Showers and Spa

There is an Arrivals Lounge accessed through the International First Lounge for international First and Business Class (paid or award) passengers. Offers a shower facility.

Entertainment and Business-facilities

Plasma TVs. Phones. Fax. Work Cubicles. T-Mobile wireless internet access (fee)

The C17 lounge is huge, with great views of the runway. It's a typical RCC, but if you're on your way to HKG or NRT, better RCCs await you!

Stopped off en route from ORD to YEG. Showed my bmi Silver Diamond Club card and (to my amazement) was waved through. Lower-ranking frequent flyers of lesser known Star Alliance carriers shouldn't be afraid to try your luck; the United door staff don't seem too clued up on alliance members!
