General Impression

Decor is the "new style" of World Clubs as seen in the newer NW lounges at MSP, DTW, etc. Roomy, with distinct seating areas, including tables and lots of chairs, but it can get crowded given the wide variety of people allowed access.

Large lounge with two separate seating areas. The TV room, where no cell phone use is allowed, is in the back with a snack/drink area that includes all of the alcohol. The Work Room is closer to the front desk, with a smaller snack/drink area that is mostly coffee. Very close to the Continental gates, a longer walk to the Northwest gates.

Food and Beverages

Combines features of both World Clubs and President's Club, but with only self-service bar. Beer on tap, plus cheese and crackers, cookies, fruit, and chips and salsa (though chips and salsa might be afternoon only: I don't recall them from a previous visit.)

Showers and Spa

None, but restrooms are located in the Lounge.

Entertainment and Business-facilities

Free WiFi internet access throughout the club. USAToday, WSJ, a few magazines. TV is in a separate room, as noted above.

Special facilities and services

There is a special reservations desk after you enter the lounge. They can help you with rebookings, reroutings, schedules, etc. A really nice touch. No smoking room is available; you have to go outside of the airport. Separate reception desks and flight monitor screens for NW and CO passengers.
