General Impression

This is a smallish club located in Terminal 3, and so convenient only for a few airlines (largely Alaska, American, and Delta.) Basically a long corridor with lots of window space, but unfortunately it looks out onto fairly ugly ramps and a highway access. Maximum capacity 96, but that would feel *really* crowded. Overall this has pleasant staff and is very convenient for Alaska and some American passengers, but it's small and has poor food options. The joint Continental/Northwest club in Terminal 2, E concourse, is available to most people who this club is available to, and is roomier, more pleasant, and has better food.

Food and Beverages

Decent staffed bar (tips explicitly okay, unlike some lounges.) Two scotch (Johnny Walker Black and Dewar's) and two bourbon (Maker's Mark and Jim Beam); Disaronno Amaretto, basic beer and wine, and the usual juice and soft drinks. Bottled water available for self-service. Food is mediocre: mainly fruit and pretzel mix. The highlight is (wasteful single-serve) packs of Nutella, and individual single super-sweet biscotti cookies to eat it on.

Showers and Spa

No showers.

Entertainment and Business-facilities

A small conference room. An annoying feature is that the wifi is pay for use: it's T-Mobile Hotspot, with the usual fees. (The joint Continental/Northwest Club in Terminal 2 has free wifi.)

Special facilities and services

Dleta ticketing available at the reception desk.
