This is a comfortable, clean and friendly lounge, with the staff making sure you don't miss your boarding call. Toilets are clean and smart. The lounge has recently been extended and is rarely overcrowded.
There is fresh fruit, decent coffee and tea, soft drinks and a range of Pringles. The lounge used to have the stingiest selection of alcoholic drinks of any lounge in the UK, with no spirits at all available. Thankfully, a small range has now been introduced, but ,a prominent sign still restricts you to "two alcoholic drinks".
