Visitor Comments
Virgin Blue originally opened this facility in 2002 as the Blue Room. It later on upgraded the lounge from a pay as you go style location, to a full service premium lounge three years later. Prior to Virgin Blue, it served as the Golden Wing Club Lounge - offering Star Alliance Gold Access, and operated by now defunct Australian airline Ansett Australia. Golden Wing operated at this location in various era's from 1985-2002. The Lounge closed when the airline went bankrupt. For those nostalgic among us, much of Golden Wing's stylish interior fitout remains. AN Flyer 14:31, 6 May 2008 (CEST)
