    General Impression

Overall this is a pleasant, somewhat sleepy lounge in the extremely sleepy Terminal E at Logan. (Perhaps the best thing about it: it gets you out of the ridiculously loud normal seating areas at the gates, which blare "Logan Radio" at absurd volume levels.)

Capacity is officially 139, and it seems like it could fit that pretty comfortably. Various different seating areas, including rolling chairs at tables, and uglybright fabric chairs. Two big flatscreen televisions.

No great views of the tarmac to be had: there are about a dozen chairs and half a dozen tables that look out to gate E4, but through two sets of glass and at an angle. On the other side, views over the baggage claim to the curbside pickup area.

Very friendly staff at the front desk, though I haven't had the occasion to need their help with anything specific.

The two free newspapers are a little lame: the Wall Street Journal, and the Financial Times. I'd like at least a McNewspaper (i.e., USA Today) even if they don't want to provide the Boston Globe, or Herald.

    Food and Beverages

Self serve with typical (somewhat limited) snacks: bagels, donuts, mini muffins, apples, oranges, cereal bars.

All alcohol is free, and self-serve. World Club standards: Jim Beam, Beefeaters, Smirnoff, Dewars, Baileys, and a couple other similar quality liquors; red and white wine. Miller Lite and (Heineken, I think?) on self-serve taps.

Self-serve coffee machine makes horrific espresso, and (untasted) espresso based drinks. Average (bad) coffee in urns. Tropicana orange juice and, somewhat bizarrely, Coors non-alcoholic "beer" in cans. Two soda machines.

    Showers and Spa

    None that I know of.

    Entertainment and Business-facilities

Free wireless, password on a placard at the front desk. A little amusing that they bother making it password protected, since it's difficult to imagine where any non-guests would be able to sit anywhere nearby to pick up the signal.

A business center with a printer, and a dozen or more desk nooks with phones and electrical outlets in one corner. Otherwise electrical outlets are a little difficult to come by.
