Location, Hours and Access

Non Schengen Terminal, after passport control, follow signs to Lounge 55 on Level 1 (upper level).
See map in the image section below for details.

Take the elevator or stairs near the Holland Casino to the upper level, between the E and F Concourses. Lounge access is available for World Business Class passengers & KLM Europe Select passengers, Flying Blue & WorldPerks Asia Platinum Elite and Gold Elitemembers and KLM Corporate American Express cardholders have access to lounges when they travel with KLM or partner airlines (KLM Corporate American Express only when they travel with Air France, Northwest or Kenya Airways).


General Impression

A spacious lounge with cushy seats and nice airfield view.

Within the next two years (up to mid 2007) the lounge will be renew to the same outfit like the new KLM Crown Lounge 2 in the Schengen Terminal.

Food and Beverages

Some snacks are available e.g. potao chips, mini salami, cheese with "kräckertjes", hot soups, and not to forget the famous nachos with guacamole and salsa. Wide range of soft drinks, Heineken on tap, spirits and juices.


Restrooms, Showers and Spa

Shower rooms ,equipped with own toilet and wash basin, are for World Business Class passengers and Flying Blue & WorldPerks Asia Platinum Elite member available. The showers are provided by Mercure Hotel. Pick up a shower voucher in the lounge and stroll some meters to the Mercure Hotel.
Restrooms are located in the lounge.


Entertainment and Business-facilities

TV, business corner with pay internet access, fax and phone, newspapers and magazines.


Special facilities and services

KLM service counter inside the lounge, pay massage chairs. Walled off smoking area, but not completely enclosed.

Visitor Comments

Very large and nice lounge, but it will be nicer in 2007 when it is updated like the Intra-European Lounge near D Concourse. Mrc1 04:12, 30 Nov 2005 (CET)
